Return and Refund Conditions
- Damaged or Defective Products: We offer refunds or exchanges for products that are damaged during transit or have a print defect. Please inspect your artwork upon arrival and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Refund Process
- Notification: Notify us within 3 days of receiving your order if you discover any damage or defects. Include a detailed description and photos of the issue.
- Approval/Denial: Once we receive your notification, we will review the information provided. If your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions via email.
Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the nature of our small business print-on-demand model, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons other than damage in transportation or defects.
Order modification or Cancellations
At ArtiSense90, we aim to provide you with the best possible experience when ordering our abstract art canvas prints. However, due to the nature of our print-on-demand model, certain limitations apply to order modifications and cancellations.
- Finality of Orders:Â Once an order is submitted to production, the order execution or contents (including products, shipping method, delivery, and return addresses) cannot be modified.
- Address Changes: If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately at valengomez@artisense90.com. We will make every effort to adjust the address, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed.
- Cancellation Policy: After an order is placed, we cannot guarantee a full or partial refund in case of cancellation. If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the request based on the order’s production stage and inform you if a refund is feasible.
